Mr. Elijah Onyancha Kinaro
Head of Public Investment Management
Mr. Elijah Onyancha Kinaro is the Head of Public Investment Management (PIM) Directorate in the State Department for Planning. In his academic qualifications, Elijah holds a Master of Arts in Economic Policy and Management from IDEP in Dakar, Senegal. Previously, he worked in the State Department for Vocational and Technical Training (VTT) from 2018 to 2020. From 2013 to 2018 he worked in Murang’a County as a County Director for Economic Planning.
