Launch of the Kenya Vision 2030 Flagship Programmes and Projects Progress Reports and Scorecard

Economic Planning Secretary Madam Katherine Muoki making remarks on behalf of the Planning Principal Secretary Saitoti Torome during the launch of the Kenya Vision 2030 flagship programmes and projects progress Reports and Scorecard at the Kenyatta Convention Centre.

The Kenya Vision 2030 reports launch creates a platform to enable the country to focus and capitalise on the innovativeness of the youths to enable them have a say in the Social economic development of the country.

The State Department for Planning has been preparing the fourth Medium Term Plan that will guide the country’s development path for the next five years. The preparation of the MTP IV will also characterise development of economic recovery strategies.

Present during the launch were the Cabinet Secretary ICT, Innovation and Youth Hon. Joe Mucheru who was the Chief Guest, Kenya Vision 2030 Delivery Board Chairperson, Madam Jane Karuku, Director General Vision 2030 Delivery Secretariat, Mr. Ken Mwige among others.
