The National Stakeholders’ Forum For The Fourth Medium Term Plan (2023-2027)

The First National Stakeholders Forum (NSF) was held on Wednesday 23/2/2022 in Nairobi. This is done after the official launch of the Fourth Medium Term Plan (MTP) preparation process that is to guide the development agenda for the country. MTPIV will implement the last phase of the Kenya Vision 2030. It will be more inclusive and will be prepared through a wide consultative process. The National Stakeholders Forum plays a key role in ensuring that the milestones are achieved.

The Forum (NSF) aims to ensure inclusiveness and building consensus on identification of policies, programmes and projects for implementation. A concept note has therefore been developed that will guide the 4thMTP process and programmes that have been set to have stronger collaborations and hence the four P’s; Partnerships, People, Public and the Private sector.
