Dissemination of Sustainable Development Goals Good Practices Guidelines

Planning Principal Secretary Saitoti Torome giving his remarks when he officially opened the Clauster 4 (from various Parastatals) retreat on the dissemination of Sustainable Development Goals Good Practices Guidelines.

The Workshop brings together about 35 Parastatals with the objective of reviewing and disseminating the guidelines.

The State Department has developed guidelines for identification, documentation and sharing of SDGs good practices being implemented in the country by various stakeholders.

The PS pointed out the although the overall responsibility of coordination of SDGs lies with the State Department for Planning and specifically the SDGs Coordination Directorate, the implementation lies with all stakeholders. He stated that SDGs will only be achieved by leaving no one behind.
