Customer Service Excellence (CSE) training framework for public service

All serving Principal Secretaries have now been trained on Customer Service Excellence (CSE) to enhance quality governance in the Public Service.

In an inaugural masterclass programme  for the Executives category conducted at the Kenya School of Government (KSG),  on Friday 20th, September 2024, the Cabinet Secretary in the Ministry of Public Service, Performance and Delivery Management, Hon. Justin Muturi addressed the gathering to demonstrate the seriousness for change in the manner in which Citizens  are served whenever they seek government services at all levels.

The Standard Curricula being conducted in collaboration with the Huduma Kenya which is clustered as a ‘Centre of Customer Service Excellence’, will be extended to cover all cadres in the Public Service during the Financial Year 2024/2025.

The Chief of Staff and Head of Public Service Felix Koskei launched the Customer Service Excellence (CSE) Training Framework on Thursday 13th June, 2024.
