Meeting between The National Treasury and Economic Planning((TNTEP) and the Kenya Association of Manufacturers(KAM)

Economic Planning Principal Secretary, James Muhati chaired a meeting between the Kenya Association of Manufacturers (KAM) and The National Treasury  and Economic Planning (TNTEP) on behalf of the Cabinet Secretary, Hon. FCPA John Mbadi at the National Treasury Building today morning.

The meeting, which was a follow up on previous discussions between TNTEP and KAM, focused on addressing key issues and challenges within the manufacturing sector.

Additionally, the KAM Manufacturing Strategy for 2022/2025 was discussed where several proposals were agreed upon  to boost and expand  the manufacturing sector.

CS John Mbadi underscored the crucial role of continuous collaboration between the government and the private sector in driving sustainable economic growth.

Also present during the meeting was, the Economic Planning Secretary, Timothy Gakuu.
