PS Saitoti Torome today opened the introductory training on strengthening National capacities on scenarios building and foresights planning in alignment to the implementation of Agenda 2063 in Nairobi.

Agenda 2063 is Africa’s blueprint and a strategic framework that aims to actualize the continents goal for inclusive and sustainable development.
