Day 3 of the on-going Annual Central Project Planning and Monitoring Units Forum in Mombasa

Economic Planning Advisor,  Mr. Joseph Mukui gives a detailed history of Planning from 1964 ranging from: District Development Plans,  National Development Plans, Regional Development Plans,  to Poverty Reduction Strategy Plans/Medium Term Expenditure  Framework and the current Medium Term Plans of the Kenya Vision 2030 Blue Print.

The Economic Planning Advisor said this while addressing Economists attending the 2021 Annual Central Project Planning and monitoring units currently taking place in Mombasa County.
