Mr. Waweru Kamau
Director, Social and Governance Directorate
Mr. Waweru Kamau is the Director of Planning in charge of the Social and Governance Directorate. Mr. Kamau holds a Master of Science from the University of Bradford, United Kingdom (1997) and Bachelor of Arts in Economics from University of Nairobi (1987).
He is an expert in economic development planning and policy analysis; Budget Formulation and analysis; matters related to achievement of efficient and effective public services; Strategic planning; Performance management; Performance contracting; and monitoring, evaluation and reporting.
Mr. Kamau has wide experience in training and capacity building on matters related to Performance Contracting and Strategic Planning for Public Service agencies and County Governments.
