PS James Muhati takes over planning docket

As he takes over the Economic Planning docket, the newly appointed Principal Secretary,James Muhati will take over the responsibility of the implementation of the MTPIV (2023-2027) and it’s Sector Plans of Kenya Vision 2030 once launched soon.

This comes at a time when the government has prioritized several sector policies, Programmes and projects for implementation over the next five years. These will form the basis for budgetary allocation within the Program – Based Budgeting.
