PSs Handover Ceremony

This morning, the outgoing PS Saitoti Torome officially handed over the State Department for Economic Planning in The National Treasury and Economic Planning Ministry to the incoming PS James Muhati. The handing over ceremony was done at the 10th Floor Boardroom of the Treasury Building.

The State Department for Economic Planning incoming Principal Secretary, PS James Muhati had very fruitful discussions with the Heads of SAGAs/Directorates/Departments/Divisions and Units  during the handover ceremony between him and the outgoing PS Saitoti Torome in a very well coordinated event by EPS Katherine Muoki.

The new PS James Muhati encouraged teams to work together to propel the mandate of the State Department for Economic Planning to greater prosperity to steer the Economic Development of this Country forward.

On his part, the outgoing PS Saitoti Torome expressed his gratitude to have worked with a very committed, cooperative and knowledgeable team that made his work a success in the National Development Planning.

Among the Heads of SAGAs present was Dr. Rose Ngugi KIPPRA, Dr. Sheikh Mohammed NCPD, Yusuf Mbuno NG-CDF, MackDonald Obudho KNBS, Kenneth Mweige KVDS, and Amb. Dr. Samori Okwiya, NEPAD Kenya.
