The annual SDGs awards ceremony, 2024

The 2024 SDGs Annual Conference concluded yesterday, 11th December 2024, with an awards ceremony organized by the State Department for Economic Planning (SDEP), in collaboration with Inter-Agency Technical Working Sub-Committee.

The ceremony honored individuals, organizations, and entities that made exceptional contributions to the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), with an emphasis on their role in the preparation of Kenya’s third Voluntary National Review (VNR).

Additionally, the awards celebrated achievements across various sectors, recognizing innovation, leadership, and collaboration in driving progress towards the achievement of the SDGs, reinforcing Kenya’s commitment to the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
