Economic Planning Secretary Timothy Gakuu meets officials from the Association of Consulting Engineers
Economic Planning Secretary Timothy Gakuu on 24th August 2024 met officials from the Association of Consulting Engineers on behalf of the Principal Secretary James Muhati.
The team led by Engineer Jane Mutulili was here to engage on areas of collaboration and partnership to create the required capacity across the engineering education, training and practice for increased productivity to spur economic growth.
In addition, they invited the EPS to deliver the Keynote Speech on “The Government’s Strategic Investments in Infrastructure, Priorities in the Engineering Sector and Post 2030 Plans” during the Association’s upcoming 3rd Annual conference themed “Engineering and Engineered Materials and Equipment. The EPS will also participate as a panelist in a session on Infrastructure Financing in Engineering Materials and Equipment “.
Engineer Mutulili was accompanied by the former chairman Eng. Patrick Simuyu Wambula. Present were also Directors of Planning; Benson Kimani, Dr. Justus Makau, Muigai Wainaina, and the Chief Finance officer Julia Ng’ang’a.
